Lower back pain and shoulder pain was relieved with acupuncture. The Doctor is very thorough and nice. If you are a veteran with body pain, I suggest you contact your VA and see if they will authorize you to receive acupuncture here. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I drove an hour to this clinic, only to be told upon arrival that they do not accept my insurance — despite the fact that I provided my insurance information when I booked the appointment three months ago. The office manager
even commented that my insurance was “awful,” which was highly unprofessional.

They claimed they had tried contacting me, which is true, but I returned their calls to verify the insurance and neither the office manager nor Amy ever called me back.

A complete waste of my time and a very disappointing experience.

I'm honestly not sure where to begin. I'll try to be brief but if I go long, I apologize in advance.

I've been suffering from low back and sciatica pain for almost the last 9 years. Originally pain would come / go, and back then it was maybe (5 out of 10) pain max. Then in the last 2 years it has become almost unbearable. (Dark thoughts unbearable). Iykyk. I lived at a 5-6 daily with sometimes constant weeks of 10+ pain. I'd tried the PT, I tried the Chiro, I tried the laundry list of Dr prescribed Meds (ie. Gabapentin, Meloxicam, too many others to list), I tried the shots in my spine, I was stretching for 45+ mins after waking and before bed, but I was not getting constant relief. I read a post one night in my neighborhoods FB group about Tali Acupuncture and hopeful but defeated I reached out to schedule an appointment (through the VA, forgot to mention I'm a disabled Vet). The process to get an appointment was smooth and I was scheduled. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I was in 9+ pain during my first visit. Amy was welcoming and greeted me as family when I checked in. I did my best to explain my pain history, but 9+ pain makes you erratic at times. Dr. Tali patiently listened and I truly felt like he heard me. After Day one I felt no real relief, but I was committed to this new process. Fast forward to 6-weeks of appointments later, and I honestly feel my smile coming back. I've experienced multiple days of 2-3 out of 10 pain. I just called this office and the person who answered (the receptionist) I am assuming was really rude. She was very short with me as I merely asked to make an appointment. There is no reason to come off so rude to your potential customers. I was told that they are not accepting new patients and when I asked why she refused to give me a reason why. Very unprofessional for a business to treat customers that way. I would not go here even if they were accepting patients.

I absolutely recommend. I was having extreme neck pain and could barely turn my neck to drive or any other normal activity. I received 5 treatments over 5 weeks and I have mobility back. I came to Tali Acupunture with very extreme foot pain for 14 months, by the time I was referred to Tali. Physical Therapy was unsuccessful, Cortizone shots were also unsuccessful! Tali is very very knowlegable about pain. He assessed past the spot of where my pain was presenting. He actually found where the pain was actually coming from! He did more than just stick needles in me. He is very skilled and was able to find various issues that led to my extreme foot pain. My son's ankle was injured repeatedly due to exercise. This time two days after the injury, it became so swollen and painful that he could not walk. We quickly made an appointment with Tali to come to our home for treatment. After about 45 minutes of acupuncture, myofascial and muscle Tui Na (therapeutic massage), the swelling in my son's ankle was reduced by half, and he could move around a little. He recovered more the next day, and went for a follow-up visit a week later. He is now better. If you have patients with sports injuries, I highly recommend Tali Acupuncture Clinic.

Very comfortable environment, the perfect room temperature with a small heater aiming at the exposed body area, clean office, room and bed, relaxing music. Doctor is very gentle and nice. My muscle pain at the target area has improved a lot.

After my first acupuncture treatment I was able to walk, pain free, without a cane for the FIRST time in YEARS. I then went to the beach for my birthday and walked 4 MILES on the beach, with no cane and no pain. INCREDIBLE .
I have now had a total of 5 acupuncture treatments. I can now walk without pain, swelling in both knees is way down, no more lower back pain, no Sciatica. I have regained physical balance and no longer have to " catch myself" to prevent falling after every couple steps I take.

I have had 5 acupuncture therapy sessions so far, and I love it. I suffer from lower back pain and hip pain, and the therapy has given me some relief. It is also a good way to decompress from my day to day stressors. Recently, I tried a moxa treatment and it was very relaxing.

Made an appointment with Dr. Tali for my parent in-law. After Dr. Tali checked the spine and the legs, he gave dad very professional rehabilitation physiotherapy and taught him the method of rehabilitation exercises, also very good advices on what to eat for good health. Dr. Tali’s wife is also very nice, she just gave my dad acupuncture treatment for 10mins with only 3 needles. My dad felt less pain immediately. I have had 5 acupuncture therapy sessions so far, and I love it. I suffer from lower back pain and hip pain, and the therapy has given me some relief. It is also a good way to decompress from my day to day stressors. Recently, I tried a moxa treatment and it was very relaxing. The facility is clean and calming. The doctors/medical professionals are very kind and patient. I highly recommend Tali Acupuncture to anyone that is looking to improve their overall wellbeing.

Amazing skills! Dr. Tali came all the way to Rowland Heights to see my husband,Who has been complaining of pains and aches for years,with a special night time appointment.
Dr. Tali was very gentle and patient. He found out the root cause of pain and taught my husband a series of movement to practice at home. We saw immediate result in less then an hour! The redness in the eyes got better. The once tilted body was aligned again. Arm strength have also increased. And most importantly it was painless. Thank you Dr. Tali really appreciated you traveling over 90mins for home visit.

I’ve been a patient of Tali Chang for the past 5 years and have nothing but the best to say about him. I suffered from nerve pain, chronic neck/shoulder pain, severe headaches, and lower back pain all which have greatly improved since working with Tali. He is extremely knowledgeable in acupuncture, physiology, physical therapy as well as Chinese herbs and Moxibustion. He uses a holistic approach to treat his patients and really tailors his treatment plan to each patient’s specific needs and goals. I was particularly impressed by his skill in improving my back pain. I have a history of my back going out and had seen several different acupuncturists in the past with little to no improvement. Not only was Tali able to heal my back very quickly, but he also instructed me how to prevent future injuries as well. He is very caring, patient, and reliable, and I feel very fortunate to have found him!

I've always had shoulder problems and sometimes it hurts and affects my workout. I went to a few chiropractors but that doesn't rlly help. I started visiting Dr. Chang last month and now my left shoulder feels great! Dr. Chang has great knowledge of human body and muscles, he figured out my issues and help me fix it. He taught me plenty of exercises to stretch my muscles and to improve the mobility of my body. A doctor should not only fix your problem but also need to help you prevent future injuries, and that's what Dr. Chang is doing, please keep up the good work!!!

I went to this clinic because I couldn’t raise my right shoulder. I only can raise about 70 degree. I even can’t go to gym to workout . The muscles on my both shoulders are shrinking. I thought I have a frozen shoulder. When I need to pull up things , my right shoulder’s angle became very strange, otherwise I can’t pull up things. After examining, Dr. Chang said mine is not frozen shoulder, my problem is shoulder pain only. After his treatment about 5 minutes, I can raise my arm up to almost to 180 degree ( straight upward) without pain. It is amazing. After I came back , I have a very nice sleeping. Definitely I will recommend to my friends. Thank you very much Dr. Chang.

Acupuncturist Chang is a very patient, gentle, but also effective acupuncturist. Pay attension to detail and only prescribe what you needed. He is really good on taking pulse diagnostically and pain relief and pain treatment. Years ago, when I have unknown pain at my abdominal area, my doctor was doing all kinds of checks and thinking it was polypofintestine and performed outpatient surgery but the pain did not go away. Mr. Chang took my pulse diagnostically and confirmed that I had gallstones. And it was gallstone indeed and I would not need to suffer so many months and go through so many appointments if I have first consult with Acupuncturist Chang. Highly recommended.

After my recent surgery, my right arm has been in pain, and it is difficult to even take off my clothes. Because the pain is so painful that I can't lift it up, I always thought it was caused by tendinitis of my right shoulder. After seeing Dr. Chang, I realized that it was cause by the surgery. After he helped me with the treatment and acupuncture, the pain was relieved, and what was even more amazing was that I was able to put my hand up to put on and take off my clothes. He is a very deatiling , patient and experienced doctor. Highly recommended

Mi experiencia que tuve yo con el Dr. Tali, yo tenía un dolor en el cuello y en el hombro fui con él y me revisó y en unos minutos que él estuvo sobándome y haciendo que yo hiciera un ejercicio y se me quitó el dolor en minutos me alivie. la segunda vez me atendió después de una cirugía y tenía muy inflamado el estómago tenía mucho dolor no podía levantarme de la cama sola y él me dio masajes, sobó mis pies hizo unas cosas en mis manos. Me dijo que hiciera algunos ejercicios y a los dos o tres días yo me podía levantar y mi estómago había desinflamado mi cuerpo también eso es la experiencia que tuve con el Dr. Tali. Estoy muy agradecida con el doctor y mi experiencia fue muy bueno se los recomiendo!
