We accept VA referrals (for Acupuncture and massage sessions), OPTUM, Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), CIGNA (HMO & PPO), Clever Care, SCAN, and most of workers’ compensation plans.

• We accept FSA & HSA cards.
• If we are considered out-of-network with your insurance policy or you haven’t met your deductibles, we will provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
• If you are interested in using your insurance for Acupuncture service, please double-check with your insurance company what is required and what is covered:
  • Certain insurance requires primary doctors’ referrals, such as VA, workers’ compensation plans, and OPTUM.
  • Most will have Co-Pay.
  • Most insurance companies will cover most pain conditions; as for sickness/diseases, they are limited.
  • Please double-check with your insurance!
  • Other than Acupuncture treatments, insurance companies will not pay.
